Job Summary
Execution Specialist responsible for driving department performance by leading and coaching store management to meet targets, collaborating with operations and retail leadership to implement best practices, and ensuring consistency across locations. Key duties include defining priorities and KPIs with the DES, assisting in actions plans and budgets, coaching department managers, fielding questions on sales techniques and cost controls, coordinating training for Retail Managers, implementing and evaluating curriculum created by Operations Standards, and driving employee engagement and customer experience within department programs. Requires experience in retail operations, capability to coach and mentor managers, data-driven decision making, and ability to work with both corporate and franchise networks.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience leading a store department
- Experience working with both corporate and franchise store networks
- A valid driver’s license
- Strong ability to coach, mentor, and develop Department Managers
- In-depth knowledge of retail operations processes, tools/systems and merchandising standards
- Strong financial and business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to drive meaningful change
- Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and implement positive change
