Job Summary

Lead the preparation of Integrated Master Schedules, Risk and Opportunity Registers, and Statements of Work for defense training solutions. Define winning execution strategies aligned with Capture Plans and present Solution Reviews to senior leadership. Support the D&S Lead-to-Award business development process from early customer engagement through contract award, including proposal phases. Mentor new Execution Solution Leads across international regions and contribute to global best practices and knowledge sharing. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of program management experience, and a NATO SECRET security clearance. Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 to 15 years of program management leadership experience in industry and/or military organizations
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience developing or delivering training programs in an operational or maintenance environment within the defense sector
  • Relevant experience leading complex development, training integration, or engineering projects involving significant risk or uncertainty
  • PMP certification or equivalent qualification
  • Experience with capture management and proposal development processes for large custom-engineered programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to operate effectively in a complex environment
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a NATO SECRET security clearance

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)
  • Experience developing capture strategies for new business opportunities by leveraging competitive differentiators and winning themes
  • Knowledge of CAE products, modeling and simulation technologies, and training solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in training, coaching, mentoring, or professional development
  • Experience working with government, military, or defense-sector clients
  • Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with customers, partners, and multidisciplinary teams
