Job Summary
Execution Senior Analyst, Order Management responsible for optimizing order fulfillment processes and ensuring flawless execution within BP Global Business Solutions in India. Role requires applying Agility core practices and tools to enhance order management workflows, conducting Business Requirements Analysis to identify process improvements and system enhancements, developing and implementing Category Strategies for order fulfillment, demonstrating Digital Fluency across platforms, influencing stakeholders to achieve efficient order management, leading change initiatives, executing effective supplier and internal negotiation strategies, performing negotiation planning, proactively engaging in stakeholder management, and implementing best practices in Supplier Relationship Management. Travel is not required. The role is a hybrid of office/remote work in Pune, India, with relocation assistance available within the country.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience order management and buying
- Strong knowledge of procurement practices with understanding of accounts payable practices
- Proficient in PSCM applications including ARIBA, SAP and Salesforce
- Experience of working cross culturally and in an international environment
- Engaging and collaborative way of working
- Resilient and experienced in working in multi-faceted environment
- Experience in using ERP, good skills in Excel
