Job Summary
Execution Program Manager responsible for leading end-to-end execution across multiple development teams in a deep learning environment. Translate roadmaps into executable plans, proactively manage risks, and maintain high development velocity by coordinating with engineering, research, validation, data, and infrastructure teams. Build and manage detailed execution plans covering feature development, validation cycles, data readiness, infrastructure capacity, and integrations; monitor progress, drive issue resolution, and maintain predictable delivery. Define, track, and analyze execution KPIs; identify bottlenecks and drive corrective actions across engineering, data, and infrastructure domains. Support roadmap planning by aligning feature scope with compute resources, validation bandwidth, and data availability constraints; facilitate execution reviews using dashboards, logs, performance reports, and validation summaries; coordinate across research, software engineering, DevOps, validation, and infrastructure teams to resolve blockers; drive transparency, accountability, and operational rigor across stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- BSc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- 5-7 years of experience in program or product management with hands-on development experience
- Ability to read, understand, and run code and scripts (e.g., Python, bash or similar)
- Familiarity with development, CI/CD, testing, and data/ML tools
- Experience with deep learning development processes
- Excellent communication, organization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
