Job Summary
Execution Management Support Specialist provides real-time optimization and reliability across order routing and trade execution for multi-asset desks, troubleshooting EMS/OMS issues (e.g., TradeSmart, MarketAxess, TSOX, Bloomberg EMSX/TOMS, TradeWeb), analyzing FIX messages to trace order paths, coordinating with traders and tech teams to maintain connectivity, and supporting scripting efforts to automate routing and log analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or related field
- Experience in trading support or electronic execution workflows
- Strong understanding of FIX protocol and order routing mechanics
- Basic programming or scripting skills (Python, SQL, Java, Bash)
- Familiarity with electronic trading platforms: TradeSmart, MarketAxess, TSOX, Bloomberg EMSX/TOMS, TradeWeb
- Detail-oriented, fast-thinking, able to support traders in time-critical environments
- Fluent in English (verbal and written); German a nice-to-have
