Job Summary
Own all shipping initiatives end-to-end, breaking work into small, shippable slices and pushing teams to finish rather than perfect. Track blocked items, chase decisions, prepare options, and escalate when needed to ensure nothing quietly dies. Lead by doing, managing early distribution, traction, onboarding, and visibility experiments without waiting for perfect input. If blocked for more than 24–48 hours, immediately interrupt the founder to unblock progress. Maintain constant momentum so the company moves forward even without daily founder involvement. This role demands a startup-hardened generalist with a strong bias to action and personal responsibility for outcomes.
