Job Summary
Lead a team in contract and program cost or schedule development and management for engineering programs with annual values of $20-50M and total values of $50-300M. Establish program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters, analyze historical and predictive program performance, and monitor estimates at completion. Review results and provide recommendations to program teams while coordinating requirements across planning stages with multiple subcontractors. Manage DCMA audits and utilize advanced EVMS and scheduling tools to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant work experience
- U.S. citizenship
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Advanced user in EVMS and/or scheduling tools and principles
- P6, Project, and Cobra knowledge
- Experience in coordination of program requirements across planning stages with several subcontractors across distinct product lines
- Exceptional experience with DCMA audits
