Job Summary
Lead a team in contract and program cost/schedule development for engineering programs with annual values of $20-50M and total program values of $50-300M. Establish program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters, analyze historical and predictive program performance, monitor estimate at completion, and review results for program teams. Manage schedule and cost analysis for critical major components, production, or logistics programs for large custom subsystems or small total systems. Utilize integrated performance management and subject matter expertise to support developing engineering programs. Coordinate program requirements across planning stages with multiple subcontractors across distinct product lines. Prepare for and manage DCMA audits while leveraging AI for continuous improvement. Requires advanced proficiency in EVMS, P6, Project, and Cobra tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant work experience
- U.S. citizenship
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Advanced user in EVMS and/or scheduling tools and principles
- P6, Project, and Cobra knowledge
- Experience in coordination of program requirements across planning stages with several subcontractors across distinct product lines
- Exceptional experience with DCMA audits
