Job Summary
Develop program time-phased cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters while analyzing historical and predictive program performance. Monitor the Estimate at Complete and schedule completion dates, then make recommendations to program managers and leads. Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation. Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles. This role supports the mission of the nation's service members, intelligence analysts, and first responders at General Dynamics Mission Systems, applying advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain to solve complex missions in cyber, RF, and undersea domains.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree
- U.S. citizenship
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Earned Value Management or scheduling tool knowledge
- Solid knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles
