Job Summary
Coordinate end-to-end operational and administrative activities for the International East Learning Strategy, managing logistics, communications, LMS operations, platform edits, content testing, and vendor engagement. Lead program execution in partnership with Learning Advisors and Program Managers to identify, prioritize, and implement L&D opportunities that support business outcomes. Analyze current versus future state gaps, interpret KPIs for program optimization, and communicate initiative impact to HR and business partners while navigating conflicting expectations. Provide informal and formal team leadership through coaching new recruits, stakeholder management, and facilitating complex local regulatory training.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Learning and Development
- Proven influencing and relationship management skills
- Proactive leadership and motivational skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
