EXEC HOUSEKEEPER MANAGER

Manage the housekeeping and laundry divisions to ensure guest rooms, public spaces, and hotel areas remain immaculate, organized, and sanitary. Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff while supervising daily work activities and distributing keys and assignments. Conduct room inspections, including deep cleans, to uphold quality standards and address guest complaints regarding service or equipment. Oversee safety training, schedule staff based on occupancy forecasts, and track adherence to duties. Report maintenance repairs, manage linen and supply inventories, and prepare expense and occupancy reports for department heads. Fulfill Manager on Duty shifts and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
