Exec Director of Human Resources/Employee Health, Full Time, Days

Direct the Human Resources strategic planning process and prepare the department budget while maintaining current knowledge of JCAHO standards. Oversee annual employee evaluations, job description updates, and department standards and procedures. Advise physicians, administration, and department directors on HR matters, enforce hospital policies, and direct the employment process including selection, orientation, and discipline. Coordinate legal matters, align reward programs to organizational objectives, and collaborate with senior leaders on staffing plans. Serve as HR advisor to oversight committees such as Service Excellence, HIPAA, and Corporate Compliance. Evaluate data and industry trends to plan new procedures.
