Job Summary
Executive Director of Clinical Partnerships & Provider Relations role leading statewide behavioral health services in post-acute care settings. Oversees provider engagement, facility partnerships, clinical programming, quality improvement, and strategic initiatives; serves as liaison among facility partners, providers, and internal leadership to drive program growth, clinical collaboration, and patient outcomes. Requires senior healthcare leadership experience, expertise in behavioral health, post-acute care, provider relations, quality improvement, and cross-functional collaboration; travel to facilities is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of healthcare leadership experience
- Experience with skilled nursing facilities, post-acute care, behavioral health, long-term care, or healthcare services
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across clinical and operational environments
- Ability to travel throughout assigned markets and facilities
