Job Summary
Executive Director of Behavioral Health Operations responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational infrastructure across psychiatry, psychology, and Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) service lines, driving scalable growth, efficiency, compliance, and service delivery across 200+ facilities statewide. Leads provider scheduling and workforce management, onboarding, credentialing, payer enrollment, and performance management; develops and optimizes operational processes, dashboards, and KPI tracking; partners with executive leadership to implement strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience
- Experience supporting multiple healthcare providers, facilities, or service lines
- Strong organizational, analytical, project management, and leadership skills
- Experience managing operational workflows, KPIs, and process improvement initiatives
- Proficiency with healthcare reporting systems, spreadsheets, and operational analytics
