Job Summary
Build your own life insurance practice as an Allstate Exclusive Life Specialist, supported by Allstate resources and a partnership with local agency owners to drive new business. Ideal candidates will have entrepreneurial drive, state life/health insurance licenses, and at least 2 years of life insurance customer-facing sales experience. Additional preferences include business-focused Bachelor’s degree and professional designations such as CLU and LUTCF. The role offers unlimited earning potential and includes a supportive environment with continued education.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of life insurance customer facing sales experience
- State Life/Health Insurance Licenses
- A strong mix of life protection sales experience
Desired Qualifications
- Professional designations such as CLU and LUTCF preferred
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with emphasis on business preferred
- Prior experience as a Life Insurance Agent, Insurance Representative, or related sales professional preferred
