Conduct general urology practice covering one clinic and one ASC, relocating to a purpose-built facility in February 2024. Manage pelvic and retroperitoneal cases supported by a dedicated team of RN first assistants, utilizing four dual console da Vinci Xi robots with an additional unit on order. Accept one week at a time call rotation, with APPs covering pagers from 7am to 3pm. Engage in teaching and research opportunities, including potential day-per-week assignments at the main campus academic medical center.
