Job Summary
Manage and process claims from start to finish, assessing validity based on policy conditions and communicating with customers via email and phone. Calculate settlements, handle payments, and maintain accurate records while contributing to process improvements. This 6-month contract offers a path to a CDI position with comprehensive training for recent graduates. The role supports Qover's mission to simplify cross-border insurance for millions of users across 32 European countries.
Required Qualifications
- Good written & verbal communication skills in English
- At least one other European language (French, Dutch, German or other)
- A recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in translation, law, business administration or a related field
- A self-motivated, curious and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn
- Starting with a 6-month contract - with a possibility to extend to a CDI contract
