Conduct general urology practice with immediate patient volume and OR access within a 344-bed Level I Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center. Manage care supported by four dedicated advanced practice providers while maintaining flexibility to explore subspecialty interests such as pelvic floor reconstruction or pediatric urology. Participate in call rotations of 1:6 weekdays and weekends with one day off every other week, utilizing state-of-the-art facilities and digitally integrated EMR systems optimized for urology workflows. Engage in teaching opportunities with medical students and residents.
