General urology practice with immediate patient volume and OR access, supported by 4 advanced practice providers, with teaching opportunities for medical students and residents. Flexibility to pursue subspecialties such as pelvic floor reconstruction or pediatric urology, and a 1:6 call rotation on weekdays and weekends with an every-other-weekday off.
