Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operations of a fund accounting support team, overseeing NAV production, data maintenance, and reporting for higher-complexity funds. Collaborate with client staff to exchange information, resolve escalated issues, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce audit exposure. Prepare system-generated reports and review counterparts’ work within accounting teams. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and 3–5 years of accounting experience; no direct reports but possible team-lead responsibilities. This role is based in Lake Mary, FL and is performed on-site with standard day-shift hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3–5 years of total work experience preferred
- Experience in accounting support preferred
- Strong ability to coordinate report preparation, review, and dissemination; adept at resolving escalated accounting and reporting issues
- People Leadership: No direct reports; may have work allocation and team lead responsibilities
