Job Summary
Exchange Director role leading the sales and acquisitions process for landlords pursuing a 721 Exchange, owning the end-to-end sales cycle from initial discovery to signed agreement. Requires building deep expertise in the 721 Exchange, presenting valuations and inspection findings, guiding clients through a structured multi-stage sales process, and maintaining a high-integrity pipeline in Salesforce to hit targets. Candidates should demonstrate quota-carrying sales success, grit and tenacity, belief in the product, customer EQ, rigorous detail orientation, and uncompromising integrity. Requires 7-10+ years of experience (5+ in quota-c carrying roles) with a background in finance, real estate, or sales of complex products; prior fund or investment-product experience is a bonus. This is a full-time, in-person role with locations in Denver, CO; New York, NY; or San Francisco, CA; offering 240K-250K OTE.
