Job Summary
Write PowerShell scripts for Exchange automation, migrate existing solutions to Azure functions, and create Outlook add-ins, pop-ups, and banners using the Microsoft Power Platform. Analyze current processes to build new automation scripts that improve efficiency, then review the M365 environment to recommend enhancements and update legacy code. Debug scripting issues, develop test plans, and resolve defects while adhering to written work instructions. This role supports critical Exchange projects, reporting, and dashboarding metrics for RTX Enterprise Services, helping the aerospace and defense company optimize operations across its business units.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship
- Currently living in Puerto Rico
- University Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years prior relevant experience
- Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
- 3+ years as an Exchange Automation Developer/Engineer
- Azure/Entra Hands-on experience creating PowerShell scripts from scratch
- Experience moving existing scripts to new environments
- Experience creating outlook Add-ins, Pop-ups, and Banners
- Working experience with PowerShell
- Working experience with JavaScript
- Working experience with .Net
- Experience with MSFT PowerPlatform (Automation of Metrics and reporting from 0365)
- Experience navigating Microsoft Graph API's
- Experience with ExO modules
- Experience with EWS API
- Experience with SPO/PnP modules
- Experience with CSOM
- Ability to work with written work instructions in English only
Desired Qualifications
- Experience operating within a GCC High environment or government/regulated environment
- Knowledgeable on other Microsoft Tools such as Power BI/Power Automate
