Orchestrate new business placement, renewals, and alterations of existing coverage while developing and delivering presentations to secure and build client relationships. Review and evaluate information to assess client risks, research optimal solutions, and provide coverage design advice through needs and gap analysis. Build market partnerships to secure favorable terms, oversee proposal design, and negotiate carrier quotes and coverage confirmations. Conduct program peer reviews, request and attend client and underwriter meetings, and provide coaching to junior brokers. Ensure regulatory standards are met and drive the team to achieve operational and financial goals.
