Exceptional Pediatrician Opportunity

Outpatient pediatric practice with newborn nursery rounds and limited deliveries in a rural hospital setting. Join a 4-pediatrician, 1-NP team in a collaborative, collegial environment with EPIC EMR, strong newborn care, and opportunities for deliveries. Compensation includes base salary range of $272,400–$330,000, generous benefits, a sign-on bonus, relocation bonus, productivity bonus, PSLF eligibility, and a light call rotation (1:5). Full-time position with a 32 patient-care hour week, 188 workdays/year, and potential for inpatient exposure through nursery care and high-risk deliveries; opportunities to work with obstetricians and certified nurse midwives, and to participate in a well-supported pediatric service within a larger multispecialty group.
