Exceptional Pediatrician Opportunity: join a rural health clinic affiliated with a community hospital in Placerville, CA. Role focuses on outpatient pediatrics with a small amount of newborn nursery rounds and deliveries; compensation includes salary plus deliveries stipends, productivity bonus, sign-on and relocation bonuses, and PSLF eligibility. Work week comprises 32 face-to-face patient care hours with a minimum of 188 workdays per year, seeing about 15–18 patients per day. Epic EMR with AI scribe; collaborative team of 4 pediatricians, 1 nurse practitioner, and supportive staff; involvement with obstetricians and CNMs, level 1 nursery, and a low-burden call rotation (1:5) with 35–45 deliveries/month.
