Job Summary
Provide outpatient pediatric care with occasional newborn nursery rounds and deliveries; collaborate with obstetricians and certified nurse midwives in a collegial, rural hospital setting; participate in a light call rotation (1:5) and maintain hospital exposure by rounding on newborns; utilize EPIC EMR; work a full-time schedule (32 patient-facing hours per week) across 4–5 days with 188 workdays/year; compensation includes a salary range of $272,400-$330,000 plus sign-on, relocation bonuses, productivity bonuses, comprehensive benefits, PSLF eligibility, and a generous 12.5% employer 401K match; no pediatric wards admissions and strong patient-family outcomes in a Baby Friendly-certified unit.
