Exceptional pediatrician sought to join a rural California practice serving an insured population through outpatient pediatrics, with a small number of newborn nursery rounds and limited deliveries. Responsibilities include managing a 4- to 5-day work week with ~32 face-to-face patient-care hours, seeing roughly 15-18 patients daily, providing newborn care, attending select high-risk deliveries, ED consults as needed, and collaborating with obstetricians and certified nurse midwives in a collegial, well-supported team.
