Exceptional Pediatrician Opportunity

Provide pediatric outpatient care with responsibility for limited newborn nursery rounds and occasional deliveries; collaborate with a collegial pediatric team in a rural health clinic setting, with EPIC EMR support, and a structured call rotation. The role includes attending high-risk deliveries when needed, rounding on newborns, ED consultations as required, and working with obstetricians and CNMs. Compensation includes a sign-on bonus, relocation bonus, productivity bonuses, generous benefits, PSLF eligibility, and a 4- to 5-day work week (32 face-to-face patient care hours, 188 workdays/year). Practice environment emphasizes Level 1 nursery, lactation support, and a Baby Friendly certification history, within a supportive, physician-led multispecialty group in California.
