Exceptional Pediatrician sought to join a collaborative rural health clinic and community hospital team in Placerville, CA. The role centers on providing outpatient pediatric care with some newborn nursery rounds and deliveries, participating in a low-volume call rotation, and leveraging EPIC EMR within a supportive, well-established pediatric group. The position offers a 4- to 5-day work week, 32 face-to-face patient care hours per week, a minimum of 188 workdays per year, ~15–18 patients daily, a competitive salary in the $272k–$330k range plus incentives (including sign-on and relocation bonuses), comprehensive benefits, PSLF eligibility, a 401(k) match, and generous retirement and educational supports.
