Job Summary
Conduct individualized instruction and strategic interventions for grades 1–3 students in a self-contained classroom, tailoring learning experiences to meet specific IEP goals. Foster emotional regulation and social interaction while collaborating daily with paraprofessionals, related service staff, and families to ensure holistic student development. Use student data to inform and adjust instructional strategies, driving meaningful academic and social growth. This full-time role requires a Minnesota teaching license with a Special Education endorsement and a bachelor's degree, with immediate hire availability.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Minnesota teaching license with a Special Education endorsement
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a closely related field

- Master's degree in Special Education or a closely related field
- Experience in a self-contained or specialized instructional setting
