Job Summary
Deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction in an inclusive elementary school environment for grades 4–5 while maintaining IEP compliance. Assess student performance, document progress, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings to support continuous growth. Collaborate with a team focused on transforming lives through speech therapy and helping students develop academic and life skills. This full-time assignment occurs during the 2026–2027 school year. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or a closely related field
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Learning Behavior Specialist I (LBS1) endorsement
- Strong instructional planning skills

- Collaboration skills
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working with elementary-aged students in a special education setting
