Job Summary
General GI physician role in Lewiston, ID with a full-time schedule (Mon-Thu 7:30-5:00; Fri 7:30-2:00; minimal call). Performs approximately 15 procedures on full day and 12 office visits on clinic days. ERCP is a plus but not required. EMR is gGastro by ModMed; uses Olympus scopes with conscious sedation. Opportunity includes above-market base guarantee plus production, potential partnership after 1 year, and ASC ownership; relocation assistance available. Practice emphasizes community-centered care, long-term physician stability, and a collegial team environment. Education: MD/DO.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO in Gastroenterology or equivalent
- Board certification in Gastroenterology preferred but not specified as mandatory in posting
Desired Qualifications
- Board-certified in Gastroenterology
- Experience with ERCP a plus
- Endoscopy procedures
- Gastroenterology practice ownership/partnership exposure
- EMR experience (gGastro by ModMed)
- Conscious sedation
