Job Summary
Conduct quality learning experiences with small groups and individual students while assisting teachers in lesson planning, material preparation, and parent correspondence. Guide children in harmonious work and play, maintain student portfolios and classroom records, and administer assessments. Support physical and safety needs, manage lunch and cleanup routines, and operate instructional equipment. Serve as the primary point of contact for substitute teachers and accompany students on field trips. Maintain ethical confidentiality and alert staff to student-specific issues.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree (48 college credit hours) or higher
