Job Summary
EC Teacher Assistant for K-5 in Charlotte, NC. Under supervision, assists the assigned teacher and EC students to help meet IEP goals, supports instruction, supervises students in classrooms and during activities, prepares materials, collects data on student progress, assists with attendance and logistics, and provides physical assistance as needed. Collaborates with teachers and therapists, helps with accommodations and differentiation, and participates in professional development while upholding Board policies and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree OR two years of higher education OR completion of NC Department of Labor Teacher Assistant Apprenticeship Program OR WorkKeys
