Exceptional Children's Teacher

Deliver instructional programs and provide special education services for students with disabilities while maintaining student records to meet local, state, and federal IDEA mandates. Manage classroom duties and execute other assignments directed by the principal or superintendent. This full-time, exempt role within the Jackson County Public School System requires an NC Educator License in Special Education and experience in behavior management. The position runs for 10 months per school year with benefits available. Assignments are subject to change based on system needs.
