Job Summary
Assists lead teacher with executing instruction and evaluating its effectiveness; provides one-on-one academic and behavioral support, and may lead small group activities; performs general housekeeping and clerical duties in support of the classroom; monitors student safety and behavior, maintains records, and supports students in developing independence; requires ability to reinforce instructions, manage classroom routines, and operate standard classroom equipment; reports to a Principal and/or lead teacher.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Minimum 48 hours of college coursework
- Minimum GPA 2.0
