Job Summary
Assists and caregivers to support a specific assigned student during the instructional day, including activities such as feeding, toileting, lifting, and behavior management, while collaborating with teachers to provide an effective classroom learning environment; provides individualized instruction, monitors student progress, and assists with data collection and reporting; also monitors buses as needed and participates in staff development and CPI certification. Position is a 10-month, full-time, non-exempt role based in New Bern, NC.
