Job Summary
Assist exceptional students on the bus by helping them enter/exit and use equipment, secure wheelchairs and safety devices, restrain students as required by IEP/504 plans, seat students, monitor behavior from a designated location, diffuse conflicts using trained methods, report issues to the supervisor, and assist the bus driver with evacuation planning. Maintain safety and confidentiality, follow directions, and contribute as a team member to ensure on-time, safe transportation for students with special needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- College degree or 48 College Credits or Workkeys
