Job Summary
Coordinate evaluation schedules and testing logistics for student evaluations in collaboration with Wilson County Schools and contracted clinicians; set up technology-enabled testing environments (laptops, cameras, microphones, headsets); supervise evaluation sessions between students and clinicians; serve as liaison between contract clinicians and school staff; manage and track testing materials while maintaining confidentiality; requires an Associate’s Degree (preferred) and comfort with technology and confidentiality in a part-time 10-month position.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree preferred
- Must be adaptable to performing under minimal levels of stress
- Must be knowledgeable of technology equipment (laptop, camera, microphones, headsets)
- Maintains confidentiality
- Duties include coordinating evaluation schedules, setting up testing environments, supervising sessions, liaising with clinicians, managing testing materials
