Exception Item Processor I at RCB Bank responsible for handling daily exception items and making decisions on accounts in accordance with policies and procedures. Deliver excellent customer service while assisting customers and supporting branch personnel to resolve customer needs. Key duties include performing routine clerical tasks, using reports to resolve account transactions accurately and timely, sorting and routing return documents, researching and resolving credit reporting disputes within deadlines, and reviewing/ documenting legal documents. Candidates should have strong confidentiality, phone etiquette, attention to detail, and a desire to engage with the community. Previous banking and customer service experience are a plus. This role is office-based in Claremore, OK, with an emphasis on integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.
