Excellerate Workforce Manager

The Workforce Manager will oversee a manpower pool of 50–100 team members, coordinating recruiting with the talent team, coaching and developing staff, keeping certifications current and expanding licensing, and communicating with field personnel to improve performance and safety. The role partners with Talent & Operations to optimize recruiting, team member relations, and related topics; conducts site visits to encourage safe, productive behavior; provides performance feedback to both management and staff; collaborates with Workforce Planning and Scheduling to meet organizational needs; builds community relationships to create a pipeline of potential team members; and oversees performance evaluations to ensure timely, effective assessments. Responsibilities also include maintaining current training opportunities, ensuring compliance with certifications, and supporting retention and development efforts. The position resides in Wisconsin (Appleton) with travel about 20% and requires availability to work flexible hours as needed.
