Job Summary
Manage the None Conforming Material (NCM) process and lead the Material Review Board to determine supplier dispositions. Monitor the NCM Smartsheet for timely disposition, audit the NCM area for data accuracy, and identify trends for continuous improvement. Lead supplier corrective action processes for repeat nonconformances and manage supplier quality scorecards. Collaborate across business units to ensure efficient issue resolution and participate in hiring referral programs. This role supports Excellerate's focus on construction, engineering, and renewable energy solutions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- at least 6 months of experience within manufacturing or construction environment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to work between the hours of 6AM and 6PM, Monday- Friday
- Must be able to work overtime
- Must be able to work at any time on any day of the week
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test
- Must be able to pass E-Verify
