Job Summary
Manage the None Conforming Material (NCM) process and lead the Material Review Board, directing supplier returns and monitoring the NCM Smartsheet for timely disposition. Identify NCM trends for continuous improvement, audit the NCM area for data accuracy, and lead supplier corrective action processes for repeat nonconformances. Collaborate across business units to ensure efficient issue resolution and manage the Supplier Quality Scorecard. Work Monday through Friday between 6 AM and 6 PM, with potential overtime and flexible scheduling as needed. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- at least 6 months of experience within manufacturing or construction environment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to work between the hours of 6AM and 6PM, Monday- Friday
- Must be able to work overtime
- Must be able to work at any time on any day of the week
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test
- Must be able to pass E-Verify
