Excellerate Procurement Manager

Job Summary
Oversee Purchasing Agents and buyers for EnPTi/Faith Technologies while developing purchasing systems to achieve service and profitability goals. Manage continuous improvement processes for Procure to Pay, integrate purchasing systems with billing, and prepare reporting on system usage and vendor data. Negotiate blanket agreements, analyze procurement metrics, and lead team members through performance reviews and professional development plans. Define work objectives, delegate tasks, and coach direct reports to ensure timely completion of assignments. Incumbent works 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with 25-50% travel and the ability to function remotely or from various Faith office locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Five to seven (5-7) years in successful operations management with appropriate industry experience
- 25-50% travel
- Incumbent must be able to lead and function from a variety of locations. These include, a Faith office location, remote (travel locations) or work from home
- Experience with leading people or teams toward a common set of goals or objectives
- Experience working in collaborative environments or situations working with a wide variety of personality or communications styles
- Ability to effectively influence those they lead as well as those they collaborate
- Ability to plan for, complete, and implement assignments and responsibilities in a timely manner
- Demonstrates and leads the acceptance of company culture and an adoption of professional standards
- Incumbent is a 'functional ambassador' for EnPTi's core values
- Ability to clearly communicate vision, objectives, and help to prioritize tasks to appropriate individuals
- Ability to delegate tasks to appropriate parties; clearly communicate needs and expectations
- Ability to measure and monitor the work of individual direct reports and/or collective team/taskforce team(s)
- Ability to coach and motivate direct reports/appropriate individuals to effectively perform
- Ability to remove barriers to success and provide feedback, necessary resources, and open communication
- Ability to develop relationships with leaders, customers, and others that facilitate open dialogue and trust
- Ability to prepare, document, and deliver direct report annual performance reviews
- Ability to work with Talent for any employee recognition and or discipline documentation
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
