Job Summary
Supervise electrical installations, troubleshoot and maintain systems within commercial and industrial settings at the Excellerate facility in Pittsboro, IN. Lead crews of 1–10+ to meet project goals, manage scope of work, scheduling, and safety. Complete essential paperwork (foreman logs, time cards, purchase orders) and coordinate with project management or superintendent on installation/layout estimates. Mentor team members, enforce safety procedures, participate in safety talks/audits, and leverage internal Faith resources for project support. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours)
