Job Summary
Plastic Surgeon opportunity in Rockford, IL seeking a BC/BE Plastic Surgeon with hand surgery specialty or experience a plus. Roles involve a broad range of cases including hand, skin care, trauma, breast reconstruction, and cosmetic procedures within a Level I Adult Trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Center. Typical work pattern includes surgery days on Mondays and clinic days Tuesday–Friday (8a–5p) with a 2-week-per-month call; strong team support with a Nurse Practitioner and a Medical Assistant as volume grows. Compensation includes a base salary guarantee with incentive-based pay, paid malpractice and licensure, comprehensive health/dental/vision, retirement match, disability insurance, generous PTO/CME, sign-on bonus, student loan forgiveness, and up to relocation reimbursement. The workplace is on-site in Rockford, IL with relocation assistance available.
