Board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine Physician needed for a 100% outpatient practice in Mount Carroll, IL, within Mercyhealth’s Midwest network. Join a growing team with strong administrative and operational support, an excellent call rotation, and a schedule with no weekends. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy in a fully outpatient setting, supported by onsite lab and X-ray, robust multi-specialty referral sources, and a community-focused, not-for-profit environment. Compensation ranges from $285k to $350k with relocation assistance, sign-on bonus, loan repayment, CME and licensure benefits, malpractice tail insurance, and a comprehensive benefits package. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO board certified or board eligible
