Join Mercyhealth as a Palliative Care Physician in a hospital-based interdisciplinary team. Provide inpatient palliative care consultations with symptom management and pain control, lead goals-of-care discussions, advance care planning, and end-of-life support; coordinate care across specialties and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings. Must be trained to practice as a physician with MD/DO credentials (board certified/board eligible); fellowship training in Hospice and Palliative Medicine is preferred. Experience with EPIC EMR and collaborative care involving Advanced Practice Providers, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and case management is expected.
