Job Summary
Operate Excavator or Rubber Tire Backhoe to excavate trenches up to 1.5 meters, perform dig/backfill tasks, and sand trenches as part of underground utilities installation. Primary responsibilities include trenching, equipment maintenance, site setup/cleanup, adapting to changing priorities, and working 5-6 days per week in Edmonton area under a Lead Hand/Foreman. Ability to run other equipment, stand/kneel/bend, and work in all weather conditions are required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Competency driving standard vehicles is considered an asset.
