Excavator Operators and Shovel Operators

Excavator Operator and Shovel Operator roles at Glencore's Hail Creek Open Cut. Responsible for operating heavy mining equipment (P&H 4100XPC AC electric rope shovels, Liebherr 9600s, O&K RH340s, CAT 6040s) to perform a variety of mining tasks in an open-cut operation. Emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous improvement with self-leadership and a proactive work attitude. Works on a 7 and 7 day/night roster with direct employment and a competitive benefits package, including annual short-term performance payment, annual leave, long service leave, and Education Assistance.
